Need somewhere to live? get in touch then :) I need to find 2 people to share the flat with, one room is available for the next 5 months whilst Mike (the owner of the flat) is away on tour, the other is longer term (should you want it - a short term let would be fine as well). The flat is on amhurst road so it's conveniently near to hackney downs / dolston kingsland trains and their are plenty of buses too - it's just by downs park which is very nice for summer park based activities. We have all the mod cons including television and interweb and a nice new washing machine / dryer :)
the rent is aprox Ł520 / month per room including all bills except car parking (although off street parking is available at extra cost if you want it)
