We're a newly assembled 5-piece band playing stuff like Spiritualized, MBV, Flaming Lips etc. You can hear the music at www.coloursmusic.co.uk
We want to create a complete audio-visual experience in all of our live shows and need someone on the same wavelength to work with us. You will be an important member of the band, not just the video guy. We aim to be expressive and artistic rather than commercial, and think visuals are vital in creating the right atmosphere.
We're all in our 20s and have all moved to London from different areas of the country - we haven't yet played any gigs (Those recordings are from my old version of the band from up north) but we have been practicing and are pretty much ready. I am a graphic designer as is our drummer, and our bassist is a film student, so we really do understand the importance of visuals.
