VJ Details
Room 1 Two projectors wired up in the main room; one is cast behind a stage, the other is cast on the wall behind the bar. In-house hardware splits the signal to the two projectors, and offers selection of inputs to switch between. (see below for more input options offered)
I was using MacBook Pro outputting to VGA, and plugged their AV cable into my VGA-to-AV adaptor.
If they put you in the lighting booth, you are facing directly at the main screen behind the stage. The DJ booth is raised, to your right, on the other side of the dance floor. This area is surrounded by a barrier and you and your equipment feel very protected. 1.5m x 1m work-surface roughly.
They may however opt to put you on a white moveable (but sturdy) stand (1.5 m x 1 m work-surface roughly), next to the lighting booth, leaving cables, laptops, midi etc exposed to potential spills, trips etc.
Room 2
One projector is wired up here. Connection details not known, however they had a DVD player rigged up the last time I was there.
Besides the 3 projectors, they have the following:
