We have a beautiful room with bright wooden floors available from 10th december . The house is a productive, artistic, musical, vibrant space filled with people between 23-30yr. We have no need for a tv and prefer to play, talk, make music, cook and learn from each other.
Currently in residence there is Francis Filmmaking, Sammy dancing, Craig philosophizing, and Harriet painting.
The house has a sunny bath/shower, two toilets, washing machine, two fridges, a balcony, vegetable garden, bikes lockup, a communal music room and an old hallway piano.
We have a wide choice of parks with Springfield Park, Clissold Park, abney park cemetery and Allen's Gardens all within a five minute walk/cycle.
Transport
We are 5 mins from stoke newington church street overground and 1 minute walk from Stamford Hill junction with buses in every direction; Shoreditch, Liverpool St heading south and Camden, Kentish Town heading west. We are a short walk to the overground which goes through Hackney, Bethnal Green, Liverpool Street. The nearest tubes are Seven Sisters and Manor House. blah blah blah.
bills are around 45-50 per month and one month deposit.
