We are looking for a quiet, considerate, friendly but independent flat mate for a bright, clean and airy second floor flat in a beautiful finsbury park neighbourhood. The house is built ca. 1850, has a kitchen with washing machine, a large living room with fireplace (non-operational), three couches (one pull out) and dinner table. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower with very good pressure. Also the flat has central heating, a TV, DVD and video recorder and comes with wireless internet and low-rate landline for which we share the cost.
you will be sharing with two friendly, easy going professionals, working in journalism and media.
The location is 50 metres from the park, 400 metres from shopping facilities on stroud green road including tescos, a great selection of convenient stores, post office, nandos, pubs and restaurants. We are also walking distance from green lanes with 24 shopping, sainsbury's, homebase and fitness first gym. The transport links from finsbury park station are excellent and only 6 minutes walk away. That includes victoria and piccadilly tubes, buses (4,19,29,etc) and overland trains.
The room is a cosy double room furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe. In addition to a double glazed window the room also features a large roof-top (velux) window and a fireplace (non-operational).
