What's happening with the three central screens? Are you running triple-head outputs, or are the side projections run through some separate filter that causes a delay?
Also, I see that, despite there probably being loads of people in Rome for LPM, you can still find that room full of screens and empty of people.

No triple head in this case although there was one available. The delayed screens were LED and they had the delay probably because they were fed through an intermediate system while the projectors were fed straight out of the mixer.
Bear in mind that this is a vj fest, people stand back to see the whole screen span. Late on Friday and Sat when "normal" punters were in, the dance floor was packed and you couldn't really admire the whole screen set up which was a shame!

Thanks for the setup description. I think it is a pleasing effect, and hadn't guessed that the side panels were LEDs (though was curious about them not being 'full-width' and wondering if it was a masked projection).
With regards to the 'empty room', I remember last year with people along the back of the room, I suspect somewhat caused by the positioning of the bench seating. My thoughts is that the seating should have been brought more into the room, to encourage people into the space; it seems a shame to have a wraparound immersive environment and only be peeking into it from 'the outside'.

There were no seats this time.
People mainly stood at the point where the screens began on the sides, this way you could see a full 180˚ of projection but you could position yourself anywhere and move around which people did. Also the two screens on the wall to the right (which I think don't appear on the video) were shark's tooth which meant that you could look into the main dancefloor area from behind and through them giving a cool 3d layered projection effect.
The LED delay although probably not intentional worked really well in certain instances.
