is Linkedin working well for people?
not properly looked at it although i do have a profile and keep getting associates wanting to link...

...and there is also other one:

...which have been there much longer then for a while (>150 members) and is not using advertising strategy like spaming all vj-forums around.

anyway, my experiences with linkedin are positive so far.
