Nope. Very little Processing. The opening clip is a wandering about the screen video of my 3D spiky ball Processing sketch (animated kaleidoscope effect done in post with FFrend), and there may be some flashes of Processing stuff in the kaleidoscoped clip at the end (footage from the gig at Sequence in London).
I used some software called REAPER to create a MIDI sequence synched (by hand) to the original audio file; the video is a realtime recording of the audio playing from Reaper (which is also sending out MIDI data) and video from
Neon v2 (which has various things controlled by the MIDI signals and has some realtime audio reactivity). The recording is via S-Video to my Mini-DV camcorder, which I re-imported via Firewire for treatment in post (crop, noise reduction, colour adjustment, sharpening, etc), producing a 13.5GB uncompressed video (with uncompressed audio) that I finally added titles to in Windows Movie Maker (high tech!) and rendered out. Lots of hassles (like searching for sequencing software then having to learn how to use it, video conversions that destroyed the audio, etc), but worked out well in the end.
