ACOUSTIC SOLUTIONS DVD-222 Portable dvd player. Spares Or Repairs. The dvd player doesnt read dvd's (may need cleaning, never tried), but i'm selling as a monitor (how i used it) cause it has a cool video in function using mini jack. Can switch between 4:3 or 16:9. Comes boxed with power pack, battery pack and remote. Good condition. Ł20

NEC VT48 Projector, 1600 lumen. spares or repair. Not sure whats wrong with it as it stopped working gradually, sometimes it wouldn't fire the bulb up and i'd have to keep powering down and turning back on till it would. Then eventually it just wouldn't fire the bulb at all. I've had a look inside and can't find the problem, (theres some posts here on the forum of me enquiring about the issue), it could be a ballast problem or a heat sensor, but i'm pretty sure that it sn't the bulb as it shows no sign of being blown. Last time i got a chance to check the bulb hours and it was around 380, so I'm estimating around 400hrs used on the bulb so if anyone has a vt48 or vt59 you could be getting a spare bulb here pretty cheap. ?But can't guarantee that! Hope you understand. Looking for Ł40, comes with carry case. needs a 2 prong lead for power though.

Also got a CANON XL1 3ccd video camera for sale, but has a few issues with it. Firstly, the firewire DV port has bent pins so that needs repairing. (if you want to log footage you need to use the analogue outs or put tapes in dv deck or other camera, which is what you should do anyway to prevent wear on tape heads). There is a small white sun burn mark on the view finder, which isn't much of a problem really. (think it happened where someone pointed the viewfinder directly at the sun). Also doesnt come with original charger, has a cheap one from ebay that doesnt have the ac adapter so you can't run the cam directly from the mains. Charges the batt perfectly though. Oh, and doesnt have the lens cap.
Although these sound pretty bad the camera is still working 99%, the tape / record heads are still excellent, has a new extra capacity battery with it which holds charge for a good hour or 2 of continuous recording.
i'm looking for Ł500 ono, I think thats reasonable considering they go for Ł900+ on ebay. I enquired about an original canon charger + ac and they're about Ł70 direct from canon, probably cheaper elsewhere. Wasn't really looking to sell, it's worth keeping if I can't get Ł500 for it. If anyone is interested let me know, i can post pictures etc.
Also, not really vj related but have a PIONEER PDR-609 CD RECORDER DECK SEPERATE, good condition, records on cdr audio disks. Unfortunately no remote or box. very small dent on metal fascia. Otherwise perfect condition. Ł100.
