Hey everyone,
Thought I'd would take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name's Matty Ross, or Sleepysoul, I'm an independent film-maker, originally from Scotland and have moved down to London to chase the dream and all that jazz....
I've done visuals for a band in Edinburgh and helped VJ for a drum and bass night and really enjoyed it. Been messing around with Modul8, Resolume, and Archaos for a while but really need some people to kinda guide me on what I'm doing...(!)
I think it's such an exciting medium and from the first time I saw bruce lee films being projected at a club in edinburgh when i was 16 I was hooked!
Anyhoos, if it's cool I'd love to come to the VJ meeting on the 9th to meet you all and hopefully find a mentor of sorts so as I can make a start doing my own gigs....
