Warehouse Space to Share
I am one person in a space too big for just one and am looking for creatives to share. The space is a top floor of warehouse, about 1000 sq ft and is in Limehouse (East London). The space is open plan, with a kitchen area, and private bathroom with shower, lots of natural light. There is hi-speed internet, and a landline. I live here, and although I haven't built a room for myself yet, it is something that would need to be done. About myself: I make music and visuals, and am flexible to work around someone's schedule.
There are a few possibilities for creatives interested:
Work
I'm open and negotiable to anyone who would like to use the space for working. The rent would be based on how much space is needed and how often you would require access.
Live
The rent is Ł1300 pcm total + bills, which means if there are 2 of us, the rent is Ł750 each + bills. As mentioned above, the space is open plan, so rooms would need to be built. I could offer a substantial discount on the first month's rent if someone has the skills to build the required rooms.
