i have a 2way VGA switcher which i intend to use for back-up...
I want my 2nd output to come from my new ARCHOS 5 with DVR Station

I think I may be able to get away without using a scan converter if i use the HDMI output...i've found this cable online but have no idea if it's a hoax as it seems to good to be true...

I'm sure gamers or home cinema types can push me in right direction...
Also I do realize the image will not be 4:1 as coming from my MBP, but i'm only intending for back-up to be for extreme cases to avoid blue screen drama's
