Hello London VJ'ers, My name is Nick and I've just moved here from Adelaide/Australia. Which is a very small state at the bottom called South of Australia that many of you probably havent heard of before!
Anyway, back home I was 1 of about 3 VJ's that performed regularly. I floated between the Psychedelic/experimental music scene and the Electronic/Rave scene.
I've had the pleasure of working with a number of my personal favorite musicians including my all time fave from the label NotNotFun called 'Sun Araw' and few others from that label including 'High Wolf' from France and 'Rites Wild' from Australia.
But I have also thrown vis for your a UK Beats producer called 'Star Slinger' when he came to town and a couple of US artists signed up to the Brainfeeder label, 'Ras G' and 'Lorne'. I've also thrown vis for California Surf Punk rockers 'Thee Oh Sees' at a festival called Lost City.
I'd say that my style is mostly psychedelic/experimental as I tend to use a lot of Camera feedback techniques that I have been honing since I began. I try to strike a balance between the abstract and the obvious and I love using a camera in my work to either bring a crowd into the performance or to put the band up onto the screen. You'll see what I mean from the videos below.

I am dying to get into the music scene this country but I know very few people and do not really know where to start. I'll keep checking this page to see what's going on and see if I can along to things. I am at present touring a good deal of Europe in a a beautiful blue campervan as you would see from my website listed in the signature, but I will be back here to have a crack at living in the UK for a while in about July. In the mean time feel free to peruse my works and message me about stuff :)
