How about posting up a black book list we can all add too, of all those ripoff merchants everyones had bad dealings with, that way we can all avoid them, or at least let people know what they're dealing with.

this is a bit controversial, personally I don't want to have here trashbin with the bunch of sorrows regarding to that something went wrong, and someone fucked up something...
Everyone has his own truth.
...but i'm always open for suggestions.
If there is demand for this part for sure we could do that, but I would like to give the accused person possiblity to show his point of view.
What I suggest to solve this is to send automatically an email with notifaction about "black book" topic to this person which you accuse.
