Total newbie needs direction

Hello. Ok so I am kinda lost in terms of VJ jargon I guess I am here to learn.
Could someone please suggest a good starting point ie. a good website to intro to VJing??
I'm just starting with some software names VJamm, Modul8, VJMax, and Resolum?? But really, I've just started experimenting with projectors (I am a photographer) and I really like them :D
